TEACHING

I am College Tutor and Clinical Supervisor for Radiology Specialist Registrars at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (September 2012 - present day).

I provide film viewing tutorials for 1st and 2nd year Specialist Registrars and pre-FRCR film viewing for 3rd year Registrars. I have written two sessions for the Royal College of Radiologist's Integrated Training Initiative for the Specialist Registrar Training Academies.

I regularly provide lectures to the Orthopaedic, Rheumatology, Oncology and Anaesthetic trainees and am an examiner on the "Mock FRCS Orth exam course".

Trent Generic Specialist Registrar Curriculum. Eight day lecture course on Personal Development, Clinical Governance, Teaching and Learning, Clinical Audit, Dealing with Conflict and the Management of difficult colleagues.

Specialist Registrar Representative for the Mid Trent Training Scheme, which involved negotiating changes with the Trust to facilitate implementation of the European Working Time Directive. I organised the on-call rotas at Queen’s Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital.
